I see a home I'm interested in-Now What?

What are they going to ask me?

They will need to know 3 basic things - your income - to determine how you will be able pay for your mortgage, your assets - to determine where your down payment and closing costs are coming from, and lastly, your credit history - to determine your mortgage ability.

What if I don't have good credit? Or can't show assets or verify my income?

Previous 2-3 months asset statements (checking, savings, stocks, pensions, etc.)
Previous months pay stubs
Copy of your driver's license

I want to sell my home; what's the first step?

After you have filled out the online form please email a picture of your home to picture@ny4salebyowner.com While this is not required, it certainly helps to provide potential buyers with a picture of your home. They say a picture is worth a thousand words and since we are only giving you 55 words or so, a picture is definitely a good idea.

How much does this cost?

Well, I've got some bad news and some good news- the bad news is there are 4 zero's in the price!! The good news is that those are the only numbers!! $00.00 let me reiterate that-- $00.00. We are developing additional marketing programs, which we will discuss with you as they become available. They may come with a minimal fee but the basic service will remain $00.00 they include, but are not limited to, postcard marketing of your home to your neighborhood, NY4SalebyOwner lawn signs, etc.
